Do you discuss Trimaran questions on this forum as well as Catamarans? If not, is there another forum for Trimarans? I am looking for some comments on 20' - 30' Trimarans.

can you get that weta all the way up on one hull. it kind of looks like they are there just for stability.

I think the "beach trimarans" are a natural part of the beachcat world. Some cool boats, even if they do carry around an extra hull, good to have a spare.

no you can't
the floats would need to be double the size to provide the buoyancy, which would make them too heavy for solo assembly
the demountable beam system would also need to be bigger and beefier
plus for control it would need dual rudders
think of it as a skiff with racks that doesn't dig in and flip -

there is a guy at our beach with a Windrider! He use to be a cat sailor, he got tired of worrying about flipping!
