Hobie 21 beach roller mats?

Has anyone made any beach roller mats like on the Hobie 21? Because I was thinking it would alittle better because you could store them in your hulls if you have port holes. -

Doubt they would fit in the ports. On the H21Sc there is a larger compartment to store the rollers. Maybe single pieces of pvc would work
