buying a boat

hi my name is Justin and i live in Australia and i am thinking of buying a nacra 5.8 0r 570 but dont know witch one i have sailed a hobie 16 for about 3 years i will mostly be sailing in Wivenhoe dam and now and then in the sea any help on whitch boat will be helpfull pro and cons many thanks -

I would keep an open mind and see what boats are available where you are looking. I have several friends with 5.8s and they love them. If I did not have to worry about money I would probably go for a 580 because they have kick-up centerboards instead of daggerboards but that is just me. A good P19 would do the trick as well.
