Wow, Yea. That Hobie 16 looks like it needs some love. I picked up a used H16 that was really tarnished like that one for $200, with trailer. Some bar keepers friend, a few hrs of elbow grease, all new sheets/lines and a set of newish sails later and it looks and feels great. The grime comes right off .
It looks complete ( assuming its got sails ) , If the hulls are solid, looks like a great boat.
