I found this NACRA 5.2http://charlotte.craigsli….org/boa/3772790630.html in Charlotte craigslist. I already have another boat and the wife says I can't have this one.
Gelcoat looks practically brand new on this boat, but the one thing that would bother me (besides the frayed jib) is the fact that there are two user added inspection ports near the dagger trunks. I assume the boat had some damage there that was repaired via those ports. Maybe someone that has more experience than me can chime in and advise if these ports could be a a deal breaker.

5.2s do not really bring tall prices. $1,500-$1,750 is pretty much the going rate on nice ones, pretty common to see them under $1,000. I'm not really sure why this is the case.

middle of the deck shouldn't be that highly stressed, much better than forward of the main beam
presumably they were put there to repair the back of the dagger board case after someone forgot it wasn't a hobie 16 and came flyin in downwind wanting to sail up the beach
with the boards down...
if the repair has been done well, easy to check with the port there, the boat should still have a $1000 worth of fun in it
