19 and 18-2 booms are identical- search for both.
Email a guy here named pbegle, he often has Prindle parts.

I would suggest building a round tube boom, 2" .065 wall will do the trick.

The P19 boom has a 4:1 internal outhaul that would be difficult to duplicate in round stock.

I've done it 1.5" OD tube and both .065 wall AND .125 wall...the latter is definitely a tight fit, but it works with the little ronstan 20mm lashing blocks. The 1.5 w/ .065 is too flexible for an old style boom.
2" would be easy enough.
