Perhaps. I was thinking it was the original blue gelcoat. I have an '82 blue and white two-tone and that's what my gelcoat looks like under the tramp on the inner rails where it hasn't been faded by the sun. -

was basing it on never seeing one with only the anti slip painted white. Looks great and if yours is like that then maybe it is original.
