I don't think the bow is not straight enough for a 5.2.
Ask the seller for more and better pictures.

Definitely Nacra. Ron, you know the 5.5. Think that could be it? Too narrow to be a 5.8 or 6.0.

Now he has it listed as a Nacra 5.5, it's grown 2 feet. Maybe it's the camera angle but a nacra hull, is much straighter, not swept back.

Probably an old repair, at least that's what it looks like. I've seen them that bad before.

the grey deck looks nacra as does the front beam seat
perhaps the excessive sweep of the bow is a camera effect of a too-wide lens -
