I will be spending a week in the Keys. Any suggestions on which Keys offer the best cat sailing as far as places to launch, small islands to explore, and maybe some snorkeling? Thanks guys.

I rented a h17 several years ago at Founders Park, islamorada. 87000 overseas highway (north side). Aerial pics still shows cats on beach. I don't remember if there is good access but they got the rental boats on the beach somehow.
