problem with nacra450 center beam

I remove the front beam to chance the traboline and now i cant screw one of the bolts.Any ideas?Sorry for my poor english.Thank you. -

Assuming were talking about one of the bolts holding the beam to the hull. Try it with an anti-seize lubricant but don't force it. If that doesn't not work, inspect the threads in the hull fitting. Sometimes they will gall up.

You may have a bit of corrosion on the threads, or one or two threads are chewed up. I would find someone with a tap & die. Run the bolt through the die, & the tap into the fitting in the hull.
Put some oil on for lube. Run it in straight for a few turns then back it out, repeat.
If it is a thread or two that got chewed up, this will fix it.
As Bacho said, don't try to force it, you will just end up chewing up all the threads, creating a bigger headache.
Don't forget to put some grease on all the bolts when you re-assemble.
