Pete,
Thanks for posting this, love to gather info on all the "extinct" beachcats, it's amazing how many different manufacturers/models there were in the 60's through the 70's.
Could you take a look in the Beachcats Identification albums, including the "unknown beachcats" to see if you can find a match?

I didn't spot it but might have missed something, not all the pics are great.
I've saved those pictures and they do look familiar although I've don't recall hearing the name Charger Cat before. He says he has the sails maybe you could ask him if the main has a logo.

Damon,
I posted this mainly because I know that you are bit of a historian when it comes to beachcats and truth be known I am as well. If you look at unknown beachcats I think this is the spitting image of the one that was
rescued from a yard sale. This boat is 2 hours from me or I would take a closer look. I will try to get a picture of the sail if he is willing. Interestingly enough another cat came up in a 2 hour radius called a quincy legend. Unfortunately there are no pictures posted. http://newyork.craigslist.org/wch/boa/5052956362.html. I am always amazed at how many manufacturers have come and gone over the years.
