At least for now that's a phenominal price on a pretty good boat with a lot of expensive extras. The spare mast is worth a couple grand by itself. -

I saw it in person once, the paint on it was a flat grey as I recall. The builder was having troubles with the paint/fairing becoming too heavy putting the boat overweight.
This one was home built in Sarasota FL, there is a blog about it somewhere with a couple kids down there building this one and another one at the same time.

OH's boats have performed well. It was a good deal at $9999, and I was very tempted as the boat is about 20 minutes away from me.
