I am looking to buy a Wave for the kids. Is there a way to determine how much mqterial has worn off of the skegs? We use profile gauges at work. It would be ideal to have something like that to check a used boat. If wear is uniform, it would be difficult to know. I don't know if the skegs are solid at some point, or have a uniform wall. Has anyonever cut one to know? The skegs template could be made from a new or near new boat, and transferred to cardboard for insoection. Thanks for any assistance.
