I have two Ronstan Sailing Harnesses. I need another large harness. Please let me know your recommendations.
Thanks,

..have 2 larges and need another... I'd recommend a 3XL. couldn't resist.
I have a murrays full and it's fine.
Also have DaKine kiteboarding shorts that have a harness built in... they ROCK... even comfy for long trap legs.... but will build up some core strength.... -

Had a Gul ex ex extra large,
Due to back problems (I am aging, close to 60 now ) I use this Magic Marine
seat harness nowadays.
Although I'm more in a seated position instead of really hiking, it
suits my means perfectly. No more back-pain and I am stil able
to trap.

I use the Forward Sailing pro harness (from Murrays: https://www.murrays.com/product/47-071/) - it's something of a hybrid in the sense that it is a full harness like the Gul above, but the seat is designed more "diaper-style" like the Magic Marine bucket harness above. I find it very comfortable - the seat does not cut into the legs, there's lots of padding, and also has a large velcro waist that keeps the harness snug. I think it's fairly close to the Zhik T2 harness, but at a lower (though still expensive) price point - arguably Forward is mostly copying Zhik's design.
Edit: Gul's website also lists some "Evo" harness models that look functionally similar to the Forward Sailing pro and Zhik T2. See here: http://www.gul.com/sail/accessories/harness. No experience with these, but their prices are better.

It really depends on your needs. I don't like the Zhik T2 harness design from a comfort standpoint. The Magic Marine Pro harness is my #1 choice: http://www.landfallnavigation.com/100910magic.html
These are another good choice for lighter air venues: http://banks.co.uk/accessories/harness.php -

Too funny, no its for my 16 year old son, Max who out grew the medium size Ronstan. I let him use the large Sunday and I wore the medium which was not comfortable. So now it is time to pick up some more equipment. BTW Max is now 5'11", benches 285, deadlifts 410, and is currently running low 6's in the mile. His best mile was 5:57. I remember when I used to beat him at all those things!
