The RAK nacre 20 on the classified ads list a pedal drive. Does anyone know what this may be? I've been looking for better propulsion than an oar for getting in/out of rocky channels when wind is in my face.
I would contact seller but didn't want to bother them since I'm not buying their boat. Thanks
Pedal drive?

yes, just google the race and you will see... i believe several boats had some type of pedal drive - the one i saw was a stationary bike attached to the cockpit area...
There were a couple of guys who added e-bike setup (one of the guys owned an e-bike rental shop) to a mystere or prindle during the Everglades Challenge - this is not something any "sane" catamaran sailor would put on their every-day boat (we are talking about a large bike like device on the boat)
