That is a good deal for anyone that has a flatbed to drag the whole thing onto.
The galvanized trailer could be like new if you put a new axle/hub combo under it. The boat could have a whole rudder system.
I have those same kind of Cat Trax, they are the good ones with the aluminum rims, the treaded tires are old but might be fine as is, if not I recently replaced my treaded tires with smooth ones.
