I went to a small boat fest once - in ceder key fl
was full of homebuilds of all shapes and sizes
this would have fit right in -

So what kind of motor did he put in it?
The sails are really small considering the amount of wood in the hull.
His price sounds low- like barely covering the cost of parts.
Would be fun to sail around in.
