I lived next door to Bill Roberts growing up. I got an opportunity to sail the first ever RC27 built. Yes....I was a lucky kid living next door to a catamaran designer.

They use a Highfield lever to release a shroud when capsized.

Once the high side hull shroud is released the boat rights itself. That Bill Roberts guy is pretty sharp.
