Does anyone know what rigging dimensions changes are required for the installation of a jib roller furler on a Prindle 19. I have a Prindle 19MX and will keep the MX forestay and bridals for use with the larger jib. I have a small jib that I would like to set up on a furler system. I haven't purchased the furler or any rigging for the system yet. At 64 years old, It would be nice to de-power quickly as I will do quite a bit of solo sailing at the NC Coast and central lakes. -

With the Murray's kit, the pig tail is a little shorter to accommodate the drum and the spinner for the roller furler.. Other than that, the forestay and bridal wires are the same.
You can order just the pig tail from Murray's... just let the know it if for a roller furler.

Thanks for the info ... that makes things much easier. I was under the impression that if the bridle wasn't shortened the added length of the furler would change the jib height possibly affecting the air slot.
