It is a Nauteek SC200:

I have heard it is more expensive than the speedpuck but it also does more functions.

Looks to me like it's extinct, checked a lot of the dealers they list and all the US ones either don't sell the Nauteek or don't seem to exist. checked a bunch of other dealers, Amazon, and eBay and couldn't find any for sale.

That is an interesting setup on the Marstrom T, but probably outdated like a few here have pointed out.
We use a Velocitek Prostart for training, but these aren't cheap either. Really your best bet for low cost is a wrist GPS, I've been using the Vivoactive HR with sailing app, you can probably score one for $125 on black friday. -

Before finding a used, inexpensive Baby Bob, we just tied a couple of gallon OJ jugs to the halyard shackle at the mainsail head on my daughter's Hobie 14T. Wasn't aerodynamic and looked goofy as hell, but was cheap, lightweight, and provided plenty of flotation to prevent a turtle. Our home lake is a shallow, mud bottom rez where turtling often requires assistance from power craft.
