Hi I am planning to buy Hobie FX one. The boat has cracks in front and back of the well for diggerboards. no evidence for any repairs. The owner states that they are no problem, no water leaks. Is this common problems? -

Pictures would help. If they are hairline cracks and haven't propagated, then probably OK. Gelcoat is more brittle than the underlying glass, so sometimes you can have a fine gelcoat crack with no underlying structural issue.
