Ditto - but if you "just want it gone", know what you've got and don't ask much of anything for it; why put any extra effort into it? Of course, a pressure wash would make it sell faster... Of course, if the sails have set out all that time, you're what? another $3k into it? Still, $4k for an all-in restore isn't too bad...

could be washed with some product with some oxalic acid or other (i use toilet cleaner sno-bol) for like $4
Might help you hold firm on a price when people want to talk you down - or just ask a better price
