OK, for the last 16 years, I've been occasionally sailing my H18 on Southwest Missouri lakes. Some years sailing a couple of times per month, and others sailing only 2 or 3 times. Due to the size and geography of these lakes, it is more common to have laid-back days than ripping rides, and not uncommon to get dumped on the lake with no wind whatsoever. Hull flying conditions were rare and usually accompanied by a storm rolling in.
I spent last summer on Lake Superior. I flew a hull a lot more than occasionally.

Sounds like a good venue for a Nacra 6.0 or spend a lot more of the sailing season on Lake Superior with the H18.
