Anyone know who makes curved screw in deck hatches now? Viking used to make some but I think they have gone out of business

I realize this post was from last summer, but replying in case it helps someone else. I'm replacing one of mine this spring. I was unable to source a curved replacement, so my solution is to 3d print a gasket to sit between the hull and replacement hatch and then use sealant on both sides. I'll post results in a few weeks ... need the weather to warm up a bit more here in the north to do this work.

A few years ago, I installed access ports on my H14 (very curved deck). After cutting the main hole and drilling the mounting screw holes, I installed the screws very gently. Then I masked around the port flange and filled the gap using West Six-10 thickened epoxy adhesive. After the epoxy gelled, I removed the masking and let it fully cure. This provided a solid surface to screw down the flange against.
The main thing is that you don’t want to flex the flange, otherwise it will distort and the cover will never screw in correctly or easily.
