Hail to Supercat Sailors
I broke my foam core stock rudder. Anyone else have this happen? Possible sailor error- heavy wind, flying a hull riding along and hull started to drop back down, I pulled back on tiller to catch more wind, only one rudder in water, snap it broke!
Now next question-- where to get a replacement rudder??
Thanks in advance, Tom

There are used rudders and sets around. Probably some here in the classifieds or FB Marketplace, Offerup, etc. Any Rudder from a SC15, SC17 SC19 or SC20 will work, all the same.
Or you can buy a new one from Aquarius Sail. -

It must have been damaged prior. You should be able to do what you did for life and never have an issue.
Where on the rudder did the break occur?
Had it been refinished to hide a repair?
Was it fastened firmly in its pivot frame?
