Cradle just consist of full size bach wheels aft, a minimal alum framework to keep the two axels at a certain distance and parallel. This framework is hose clamped to the two axels, making it easy to disassemble. The front wheels are small wheelbarrow style wheels on a much smaller axel. Most of the boats weight is on the big wheels, the boat is pulled onto the cradle in the water, to a point where there's only 20 or 30 lbs on the front wheels. They're just there to balance the boat while winching or pulling the whole mess. I have a bridle rope attached just inside the wheels on the rear axel, and pull from there, that's where the load is.
