Make sure to saturate the glass with mixed resin. West systems is a little tricky but produces the best results. Mix 105/206 at 5:1 by weight. This combo has a longer set time, which is good if you need to work it a bit.

Bulkheads in place, clamped and glass mat on. Wearing gloves for sure, use your fingers to work resin and glass into tight corners, and working out air bubbles.
