rebuilt castings with rudder stiffening kit. Slip the disks in then use an awl to ge them all lined up. Tighten nuts till movement stiffens then back off till free again

Remember to keep the nuts on the insides. I scratched P and S into the castings before I took them apart just to be sure they went on the same way they came off for new parts, this does not matter much but for 22 year old parts IT DOES!

I forgot to take pics while lacing up the tramp but I was a little busy any way. A marlin spike wedged into a gromet is a great way to hold the tension until you can relocate. This tramp only cost $150 off ebay and fit great. I also added tramp clamps in
