Here is a layout of a modified gin pole set up. A pair of Vee frames are hinged to post on the trailer. They move up together, when winched. The purple frame has a u shaped loop that will hold a mast rotated by use of short straps. When upright, the straps are released and the mast can rotate to its normal position.
