I forgot to take pics while lacing up the tramp but I was a little busy any way. A marlin spike wedged into a gromet is a great way to hold the tension until you can relocate. This tramp only cost $150 off ebay and fit great. I also added tramp clamps in the tracks which were very easy to install before there was tension on the tramp. Just push the tramp into the groove a little then slip the clamp in and pull the tramp back to the edge of the groove. I added a couple of strips to keep the sheets from going through the lacings as well. All in all, a little tricky solo but in the end, I think it turned out alright
