The sheet coming forward Ties to the block(Bowline) then goes forward through a single block attached to the jib clew and back down through the jib block mechanism and through the cleat. Then Across the tramp and backwards through the opposite Jib Block, back forward to another single block connected to the Jib clew and back to that jib block and tied it with another bowline.
