Traveler
The traveller on the P-Cat is a 3:1 with cam cleats about halfway in from each end of the track. The line runs through it in a loop. As the car is pulled across on one side, the line feeds back in on the other, keeping the deck fairly clear.
A fellow P-Cat sailor told me the low aspect ratio of the rig on the P-Cat really requires a traveller system with some mechanical advantage. 3:1 seems slow to me, but I haven't had a chance to try this on the water. I may hate it after a day of sailing, or I may fall in love with it. Time will tell.
