Do you recognize this kick-up center board as coming from another model? It's certainly newer than the boat itself.
The leading edge/top corner has a tiny dowel to hold it in a slot and allow it to pivot. The top part/handles are about 1" thick, and the blade is shaped wood. I don't think these have a metal core.
