[#23173]

I bought some Hobie cat trax used.Unfortunatly the tires have small holes in the side walls (seller did not mention this).I brought them to a garage and the guy put some plugs in them but was not sure they will hold.Any other suggestions.I was wondering if you can put a tube in the tire?

Yes on the tubes! There was a recent post about just that. Do a search here to find the links. You can also use the patch in a can, but it will gum up the insides, and may make it harder to remove the tires should you ever decide to get tubes. You also have to spin them for a long long time to spread the goop around inside the tire.

Rick's got the tubes here in the Catsailor store if I remember correctly - they were tricky to find.

Here is the link to the tubes
https://store.catsailor.com/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=0&idproduct=20045

Actually, this new store is really pretty easy to find things.
Of course there is shopping by category, but Also by brands or simply key words in the search.
I found the tubes by selecting Browse by Brands, then Cat Trax, and there were the tubes.

Also, I typed tubes in the search box and the Inner Tubes were the first item that came up.

Simple, really. <img src=

And tubes are the only way to go. I was really going nuts with my Cat Trax, Euros, etc. and Then I got the tubes and no more problems.., they are always inflated and ready to go. No more last minute pumping.

No need to use

verses

anywhere. There is now only ONE beach wheel manufacturer -- Cat Trax.
Euro stopped marketing in the USA because of the dollar value and Cateez can no longer get wheels -- discontinued until further notice, and it has already been 7 months.
