It is thirty miles down river to Capt Hiram's Restaurant and BAR, returning the next day. was last year the honkin' 90 minute run down the river Saturday and slow upwind ride on Sunday?
No. Last year was a lazy downwind run on Saturday and a hot reach back on Sunday. Good times, it was for me anyway... sweetness got into the jello shooters and paid dearly. But she got on the boat Sunday morning (very quietly) and worked the traveler without a single complaint or barfing on her skipper. Yeah, she's a keeper.
