Has anyone had any luck finding replacement pins, etc. for their Hobie Getaway that are non-Hobie brand (ie - not overpriced but same/better quality)? Also, the batten pockets in the mainsail have worn areas/holes where the mainsail hit the rigging (purchased mine used). Should I have someone sew an extension to the clear vinyl protectors already on the mainsail or will invisible sail tape do? Finally, has anyone purchased a dolly for their Getaway and if so, can you operated it fairly easily given the weight of the cat?

Pins, ring-dings, shackles, etc. are all very generic and available anywhere sailing goods are found. West Marine, here at www.OnlineMarineStore.com, Layline.com, etc.

As far as the sail holes from the rigging goes, Sticky-back Dacron tape works great for those areas.
