Small candy shot of Tornado Nationals
I was not in the position to get official results, but I did manage to get a few "low quality" shots of today's races. I'll let someone else fill you all in on the "exacts". From where we were anchored, just North of the windward marks, I can tell you this. BIG WIND, BIG SEAS, equipment problems, and some of the wildest cat sailing you could dream of laying your eyes on!! I had difficulty getting pics, becuase of the seas. When I get some that are worth while, I'll post. Meanwhile, here is a "little something".

Sail Honeymoon actually offered their property and beach facilities for this regatta. The information on their web site was meant
to promote the event. Sail Honeymoon is not involved with judging, running, scoring or posting "unofficial" results with regards to the regatta. Until a race official hands them "official" data, I can't say that I blame them for not posting.
I am involved with the regatta (setting & retrieving marks), and have not posted my "unofficial" results. I am not in a hurry to become unpopular...because I upset some world class sailor. Hope this clarifies Sail Honeymoon's role.
Thanks for your time,
Dave
Dave,
I could feel the blast from here,.....great pic!
You tell me,..in this pic,...is the boat still screamin' fast,...or is it starting to slow down because the water/waves are grabbing the the boat,.........from here,..looks like it is time to either 1)..feather up and point/level that boat,..or 2)...sheet off so you can power thru that blast,......or is this 'survival' conditions.....
