Looks like a river-rafting or fishing inflateable cat that someone stuck a sail on.

Going off the one in the link it doesn't look like it will measure. Too light!

I'VE SAILED ONE OF THOSE!!, No kidding.

a friend of mine won one in some contest. That was about 16 yrs ago, in Rosenberg TX. (just outside of Houston)

We used it to give handicapped and developmentally disabled kids sailboat rides on. For those kids, it was the only saling they'd ever do most likely.

We sailed it in the 25meter x 25yard pool we were both swim coachs at. I was a high school swim, dive, and H20 polo coach for a school district.

When we left it in the pool between classes and the wind would move it really fast we no crew on board. But put an adult and 1 or 2 kids on the tramp, and even in a blow, it moved nice and slow.

I don't remember the name, but it was so nice in that large pool because when you hit the side(deck), the rubber just bounced off. It had a rig similiar to a sunfish.

It was OK in that large pool, but I'd never want to sail in in open water though.

The kids loved it, and really looked forward to their swim class and riding on it.

I never got it to fly a hull. Maybe with a spin 😉

I'm about to sail a Tybee 500 with Todd Hart. Does that count?
