Cat Sailing in/around Erie, PA

I normally keep my H16 at Lake Arthur in Moraine State Park, but this year work has told me that I get a compulsory week off that I have to take in the next month or so. That seems like a good chance to trailer the boat up north to Lake Erie in pursuit of some bigger wind. (Lake Arthur is pretty boring.)

In an ideal world, there'd be a cheap motel/campground near a boat launch (maybe even somewhere I can leave it rigged over night). I've spent some time in the Erie, PA area before and ISTR there being some campgrounds around Presque Isle, but I figured I'd ask here to see if anyone has any good spots that I don't know about.
