Ideal Spreader Rake for Heavy F18 Infusion Crews??

Hey All,

Just checking to see if anyone out there has an ideal setting for spreader mast rake on an F18 Infusion towards the higher end of crew weight. Im doing a regatta next weekend with a larger crew, we will be at about 380lbs, 15lbs higher than my usual crew. I set spreader rake at 45mm for 365lb and 50mm for 345lbs for Worlds. I know there is a certain point where raking the spreaders forward ceases to be effective in adding power to the rig, and just makes a weird, slow sail shape with the draft all wrong, so Im just wondering how far I can go before I compromise power and speed.
