Nacra 5.2 "in tramp" jib block location questions again

I'm still having trouble getting the leach side of my Jib to stop fluttering in mid to high wind. Jib block is located at the most front to the boat in between the 2 IN TRAMP slots. I have been suggested to cut another slot and move it up more by a very knowledgeable racer. I will also make it adjustable but that's another story.

Anyone else deal with this?
Should I cut into my pretty tramp????

Side note I have been temporarily jimmy rigging up a half a$s barbor hauler and using it to pull outward a little on the lines to keep it from rubbing the diamonds (upwind and down). THIS actually fixes the fluttering also, been in 2 and 18 mph winds and very little flutter.
