Prindle 19 reunion regatta

So a friend of mine and I were talking this evening. Both of us sail prindles, he used to sail a 19, I own a 19 myself and we have several in Houston. We were talking about how long it had been since a full class regatta, and how it could be cool to see a 19 class at one of our events and since it's been about 35 years since the class was devised, it would be cool to do a quasi "north americans" reunion regatta next year. We would (in theory) do it in Galveston bay on the dike, that puts it half way between the east and west coast's and run it with one of TCDYC's planned regattas.

I'd like to hear the other prindle 18-2 and 19 owner opinions on this
