I live in the Tri-City area in Eastern Washington. I was wondering if anyone knew any areas near me that were good for sailing (a hobie, likely a wave). I would be just starting out and i spend 9 months of the year (the 6 cold ones included) closer to Spokane at college. Any advice regarding my location or an entry level hobie would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
