Longtime monohull sailor moved over to catamarans and need some tuning information on tuning the 5.5 SL. Can you point me to a tuning guide? All I can find are 5.8 and 6.0 tuning guides. Can these guides be a starting point? Well versed at rig tuning for J/24 and 29's but the cat seems to be just a bit different! LOL

Have not sailed the 5.5, but there is a tuning section in one of the Nacra manuals tha Damon keeps on this site.
Go to Tech section, I think they are at the very end. There are two of them.
Rick White's "Cat sailing for the '90s" has a lot of good info on tuning for these types of boats. Don't let the dated title put you off, the book is well worth the money. Everything is explained correctly without the pseudo-scientific mumbo-jumbo you sometimes get in trim clinics and such.
