I want to replace the tramp of a NACRA450 but the staps off the front beam wont come off.Any ideas.What is going on under the beam.Thank you and sorry for my poor english.

The beam may be bedded with 5200. If you have removed the 2 bolts and it won't budge, I would use a board and place it under the beam in a way that it supports the boats weight. Make sure the hull cannot drop too far without being supported as well, but leave a gap for it to drop. Then use a heat gun inside of the beam to loosen the adhesive and slowly work it off. You might try to pass a thin wire through the bed.
