That's quite wide!

2 weeks ago i got very lucky and sailed a 2011 NACRA F20 Carbon, also 3,5 mtrs wide. Much faster as normal f18 becouse of the wideness, way more counter weight outside! 🙂

The next step is to get on one of the Nacra F20 FCS cat's (i'm thinking of robbing a bank for it)

h-18 in lake ontario, hilton, ny

If you have a five year old niece who loves unicorns, you will tell her there is one at the beach.
If you tell her there is one at the beach, she will want proof.
If she wants proof, you will have to make a video.
If you make a video, you will look like an idiot.
Don't look like an idiot, upgrade to Direct TV today!

Here's a clip I made a few months ago from footage which was on the shelve for a while.
The gopro fogging up problem is solved now, I put the cameras and casings in the
fridge at the clubhouse for half an hour. Before we go sailing.

My P18-2 is for sale now and a did put a short clip in the advertisement.

Hey Andre, good to see a fellow dutchman here! 🙂

Do you know there are anti fog inserts?
I ordered these http://www.v-nix.nl/extreme-ways-anti-fog-inserts
The work fine and are useable for a cuple of times.

Yes, Sander
There are a few Dutch people around here.
And, yes tried the anti fog inserts, they're not good value for
the bucks in my opinion, also tried toilet paper and rice , Didn't
work for me.
So I just put them in the fridge.

Hi,

Here are some foto's of my P18-2 taken last weekend at the club.
We had a "open" day, and non-sailors were invited for a sail.

And yes, these are foto's , just couldn't resist.

I dont like it when it happens, but alway's have a good laugh with my mate if we raise the boat back up and nothing is broken 🙂

Then again, if i'm sailing half wind's in heavy wheathers normaly my mate stands in the back trapeze behind the skipper. Dont like to see the nose plowing in the water like in u'r movie 🙂
It's almost if you guy's are up to getting the best pitchpole hehe

Should be called crazy Bob stuntman trap dancing up the hull to the bow! Yeah the Isabella knock-down looked pretty exciting too! It always catches you off guard!

Yeah Bob was being a bit of a smartass walking to to bow...he owns a prindle 19 so there is no way we could do that on his boat.We were surprised at how far the 5.8 bow's would go under.......until they did'nt come up!I thought I was fine until 230lbs of Bob yanked the boat over.

Love the videos! It's good to know what Nacra's can handle. Onekiwi, I thought that would make a good how to video on breaking in new crew.

My contribution. Big water day, two up with main only, never popped the chute, faster without it. Foiled rudders proved their worth.

Oh, here's another. Note the light air, and John's editing, keeping the clips short.

Check out John's youtube channel, US772. Lots of nicely produced videos of landsailing and iceboating, and he builds amazing machines!

My goPro was stolen out of my car recently but i've had a few great capsizes on video and a de-masting on my H20, would be a fun watch for all! Man, those NACRA's always look faster than anything and right relatively quick?! You Guy's pushing those cats hard rocks!!
