The 20 Formula 18 crews completed their circumnavigation of Corsica on
Saturday, a 285 nm journey. Wind and weather conditions varied wildly
throughout the legs, reaching 45 knots one day at Cargèse / Ile Rousse. It
was announced that there would be a second running of the EuroCorsica race
in 2003, and two other events, one in Europe, the second in a tropical
location, to constitute a Word Cup for the fast-growing Formula 18 Class.

2. Pierre Sicouri / Emmanuel Boulogne, Team Ispirix, FRA
