Some of my favorite parts are when the Prindle 19 sailor loses his boat and during the interview says
its only a boat
after he is rescued. It is not the Worrell 1000 but has a great spirit of ameteur sportsman. The range of floatable contraptions is half the fun.
It has Alan Stuart (ex Tybee sailor) winning overall. Randy Smyth's boat Sizzors dropping out due to structural problems. An old Marine
Leatherneck
goes non-stop for three days to set a new course record.
