NEW ENGLAND CATAMARAN SAILING ASSOCIATION CREATED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL BEACH CATAMARANS IN NEW ENGLAND AREA.
NEW ENGLAND, USA. (December 15, 2004) I am pleased to announce the creation of New England Catamaran Sailing Association. NECSA is a new regional organization to better suit the current needs and demands of the regional catamaran sailing activities.
The organization will operate in the best interest of all New England catamaran sailors with out the oversight or control of any one manufacture. NECSA goals are to grow one-design classes; increase participation in a series of buoy races, distance races under 100 miles, Portsmouth racing and fun events. Hardcore racers and fun sailors alike should find that NECSA will suit their needs in New England.
