Looking to buy a comfortable Full harness. I've been through 6 different second hand ones, looking to buy a keeper I can wear all day and not go home with a backache or the dreaded nad crusher.. Thinking about the Murray's race harness from www.SailingProshop.com for $119 so far. Also considering the Magic Marine Pro Harness for $135. Any other reccommendations?

After many years, I switched from the Murrays harness to the Magic Marine Aquata Equipe harness 2 years ago, and it was a big difference in comfort for the back, etc. It's definitely worth the extra money IMO.

I have to go with Alan on this one. I have a Magic Marine Pro Harness, and love it.

I know this is not the popular choice, but I have switched back to the Murray's Half race harness. I have found it much more comfortable than any of the full harnesses. I switched back to my full for the C100 last year and regretted every minute of it. I am sticking with the half.

Another advantage... easier to get out of if trapped.

Murrays sit racing harness-all the way.

Don't get caught up into thinking that a full harness is more comfortable-IT'S NOT!!!!!

also easier to get out of in an emergency.

Don't use any kind of 'keeper' on the hook either- they're useless anysays.

I took your advice, got a Aquata Pro Equipe last month on sale from www.sailingproshop.com . Fantastic difference! A day or 2 to adapt to the difference, But extremely comfortable on the wire for long times and with ease of movement.

Thanks from the advice Alan & Dave

I picked up a musto full harness, its very comfortable, and it doesn't chafe the insides of my legs like some other *cough* mentioned harnesses [Linked Image]
